When mobbing leads to burnout

The physical and psychological state of a victim of mobbing can deteriorate and lead to burnout. The employer who does not act upstream engages his or her responsibility.
According to article 328 of the Code of Obligations, the employer must protect and respect the personality of his employees. In particular, he or she is obliged to take measures to preserve the health of his or her employees and to prevent situations of mobbing and burnout.
