It is easy and sometimes even tempting for an employee to use recording devices during an evaluation interview or a confidential new product meeting. The consequences of such actions can be serious.
Recording by the employee without the employer's knowledge violates the employment contract and may constitute a criminal offence. What does the employee risk by engaging in such behavior?
